Dub Trees - Nature Never Did Betray The Heart That Loved Her

Psy-dub at it's finest. This is other worldly, shamanistic, spirit rattling psy-dub. This is the record you pop on when you just need to space out, philosophize, contemplate, create, relax, dream or indulge. It's puts the listener somewhere you were not before listening to the album. This album is set to "11" and ready to blow your mind.

Las Flores Project - Colores Y Memorias

I've been waiting to spread this around for a while now. Big up to Moira!

There is speculation of a sixth sense. Many different theories have been discussed, but I'm certain that this sense has to do with the reading of one's mind. If someone were to read my mind and make an album Las Flores Project's Colores Y Memorias would be it.

Las Flores Project is straight, downtempo hip hop. It reminds me of Shadow's early stuff except a little more blunted.

New York Comic Con 2/6-8 @ Javits Center

Holy nerd convention Batman! Its the biggest comic book convention on the east coast. The 10 year old comic book fanatic inside me wouldn't mind going. If only it wasn't over my price range of free.

Prices:
Friday - $30
Saturday - $40
Sunday - $30
Weekend Pass - $50

There are screening of new movies, artist signing, exhibits and a massive collection of comics and memorbilla for sale. If you have the money I would go just for the people watching at this one.
